To make matters worse Bieber was caught drag racing, (or was that racing in drag can't seem to get those straight) and driving with an expired license. Sources say that after leaving a club, Bieber was seen driving a yellow Lambourgini under the influence in Miami Beach last last night and early this morning. Bieber’s people blocked off traffic so that Bieber could drag race on residential streets for fun. His passenger was reportedly model Chantal Jeffries and he was drag racing with Def Jam rapper Khalil, who was also arrested. When Miami Beach law enforcement pulled him over they discovered that he was driving with an expired license. The underage singer also failed a field sobriety test. When cops asked him to remove his hands from his pockets, Biebs refused, which is where his “resisting arrest” charge comes from.
